Don't stay here.

This was by far the worst Motel I've ever stayed in. Holes in the wall, paper peeling off in the bathroom dead cockroaches on the walls and furniture, no sign of any cleaning being done and the Motel itself would benefit from being demolished.

Night staff was respectful and that is all. No front to the dresser drawers, ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some due to it being locked up and only property manager is able to access, no remote to the TV, and saw a roach in the bathroom. I will NEVER stay here again!

Not sure it is cleaned let alone sanitized between guests. Floors were stained, had hair on them, dead roaches. Bed linens rumpled and not crisp. Mattress soft and saggy; pillows very hard and lumpy, almost impossible to sleep on. No tissues or bars of soap or toiletries left for me. No rolling cart for my luggage. Deep cracks in window glass.

Before booking, think about it what's there!

Fading facility. All the smoke came into our room and non-smoking area. A bit better than some years ago. Roach in a trash bin in the reception area. A drug dealer or a prostitute on the parking lot waiting for one's friends on and off until 2 am at the parking lot with loud boom music. A black man at the front desk was sleeping and finally wake up. But he did not call even police. No telephone in a room attached to. So every time something happened and hotel guests need something, they have to go to the front desk back and forth.

When I arrived to the property, they were unable to find my reservation due to their system entering the reservation incorrectly. Mr. Larry (management) did get the issue resolved. The room that was assigned to me was awful. I immediately noticed that it only had one bed (I paid for 2 queen beds). Bedding was filthy with hair and stains all over, the bathroom toiletries were half used, and washcloths/towels needed to be replaced. Ms. Tammy (housekeeping) came to change the sheets and toiletries out, but I still didn't feel comfortable with the room nor was it what i paid for. I appreciate Expedia for quickly resolving the issue and getting me to a more suitable location.

Lo peor, terrible.

Es la peor experiencia que hemos tenido en nuestros viajes. Desde la recepción al señor no se le escuchaba y al pedirle que repitiera hacía gesto de molestia. Al reservar indicaba que tenía desayuno y al preguntar nos dijeron que no. No tenían 4 toallas para la habitación y la de los pies y una de secarse estaban muy manchadas. La habitación parecía sucia, había basura detrás del refrigerador y una media en un estante. Tenía en dos partes huecos en la pared. El control remoto no funcionaba bien. La tasa del inodoro estaba despegada y la barra del lavatorio podrida. El piso inestable y en una parte parecía quemado. La habitación era en el tercer piso y no había elevador. La puerta del baño no calzaba y no se podía cerrar y por dentro estaba chorreada de algún líquido. La última noche descubrimos un ratón en el cuarto. El teléfono, el detector de humo y unas piezas del brazo para sostener el televisor estaban en una gaveta. Insectos aplastados en la pared y el lavatorio se taqueaba por cantidad de cabello en la tubería. Todas las gradas al primer piso se sentían inestables. Y al indicar eso a la administración solo asintieron con un gesto de indiferencia. NUNCA VOLVERIAMOS!!!

A very nice, friendly and welcoming place to stay.

There was a small problem and they were very good to take care of It right away. The night person and the morning desk people were so thoughtful, personal and really went the extra mile to make our visit so wonderful.

I checked in around 10pm from that time until I finally checked out around 4am the people above me were fighting. I called the front desk 3 times and the people in 212 still don’t stop to the point where I had to call county police.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Other than that i was very unhappy and a little concerned about the fact that we paid for two rooms for two nights to end up in a room that the smell of smoke gave me a headache when i walked threw the door. Also the room had a tiny tv not what was advertised we had no microwave to even heat up food during our stay. Most concerning of all there was no fire alarm in the room at all which is not okay. We asked about other rooms but was told they were completely booked up. Not happy at all about the stay there and the money paid thinking it would be a clean comfortable stay

To enjoy Holiday. Smells cigarette all over reception area and all the hall way around Non-Smoking Area. 53 smoke-free guestrooms?? Seriously? "Free continental breakfast, free WiFi" is a lie. Bad WiFi connection and most of the time, I could not use it. No Free continental breakfast at all. It was not announced or contacted us before travelling. No notice. Anyone wants to stay hear?

A disgrace and disgusting...

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. When we initially walked in there was a red head lady who failed to give her name who was pretty rude. We for in our room and it was absolutely disgusting. The bathtub had what looked like something growing in it and the toilet was separating from the floor. The microwave looked like it had not been cleaned in forever and the fridge had mold from the outside in not to mention I didn’t want my feet to touch that disgusting floor. Not sure what was lingering on one of the pillows but threw it to the side. Went to the restroom in the middle of the night and lo and behold the roaches started scattering when the light was turned on. Also, walking through the hallway you pretty much get a contact high from the marijuana smell coming out of half the rooms. So when checking out the lady that was suppose to be at the front desk was sitting in the chair, we ask her did we need to do anything and she said no just put the key on the desk. Not once did she try to get up. The worst personality I have ever seen. So to other’s the picture of this place is very deceiving, I wouldn’t spend one penny or want anyone else to have to go through this. It’s a disgrace.
