"The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and had opening hours which accommodated our day trips. It is very conveniently located near the old town for restaurants and drinks and near the university pick up point for a lot of the out of town day trips."

"Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Lovely check in experience. Long day of travelling with a flight delay and offered complimentary Prosecco which was a nice touch. Spacious twin room. Large shower. Only had breakfast once as it quite expensive at 230 lei but a good buffet and also à la carte options. Would highly recommend the afternoon tea. Excellent service and delicious food. 250 lei pp with a glass of Prosecco, 200 lei without. The Vault bar is stunning. Basic but lovely spa with a sauna, steam room and swimming pool and maybe 6-8 loungers. Excellent location for the old town. Would highly recommend. Only downside was a miserable check out. No eye contact. Didn’t ask if we had enjoyed the stay or even how much our bill was. Just printed it off and handed me an envelope after payment had been taken. Luckily this wasn’t the welcome we received."

"Biggest problem was the shower. It keeps changing temperature while you take a shower regarding of the setting. It can get too hot and it burns you. Then if yiu put it a bit towardss cold it turns cold. Impossible to set it right. First day the AC wasn’t working well but they did fix it the same day. Probably a setting issue. The other problem is that they have a few steps to get from lobby to elevator and no ramp. If you have a heavy suitcase hopeffuly there is a man there to help you out."

"The property is conveniently located in Piata Kogalniceanu, close to public transportation, a Mega Image mini-market and Cismigiu Park. The breakfast provided is pretty tasty and it definitely helps set the tone of the day to a good start. The rooms are clean and the staff is receptive to any requests and suggestions."
