"We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."

"We checked into the Marriott hotel around 5 pm. Placed our things in our room and left for dinner. Returned and decided we wanted to shower and settle in. WE were very disappointed with the room not been properly cleaned. The towels were all dirty and appeared they had been used and rehung for the next guest. The bed sheets had not been changed. "This hotel did not meet the reputation associated with a Marriott hotel. The mattress was old, haggard and bumpy; very uncomfortable to sleep in. It should have been replaced a long time ago. The pillows were all equally hard and uncomfortable. Ended up using a decorative pillow instead. When I tried calling the front desk, the phone didn’t work either. What a great disappointment."
