"We took our grandchildren to Legoland and chose this hotel for its proximity to the park, indoor pool and breakfast features. Well, it was 20 minutes away, which wasn’t as close as I thought. I thought I had read it was 9 minutes away but it must have been 9 miles, which took 20+ minutes. My mistake, I’m sure. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated. "Our stay was just ok. Rooms were not ready for 4pm check in and we did not get a room until closer to 6. Finally get in the room and no towels. Had to find a housekeeper that wanted to give us two towels for 3 people. The hotel did their best to make up for it, which was appreciated. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. The check in process was confusing and being my first time there, I wish activities, open eateries, etc were better communicated. Very limited food options and not much...
