"I've stayed here several times, but haven't been here in about a year. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as well as some things in need of repair. Breakfast was okay. There was an issue with someone leaving their dog unattended for a number of hours. The poor dog was scratching at the door of the room, making a lot of noise. I tried to reach the front desk, but no one answered the phone. I don't mind pet friendly hotels. I have a dog. It was frustrating that no one could be reached."

"It’s close to United States Military Academy — about a 29–30 minute drive — and conveniently near the outlets and restaurants. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is basic, but it’s hot and fresh. The rooms are clean and spacious, the hotel is very well maintained, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. The room rates are also very reasonable. Will definitely come back again."

"Elevator broken, so after checking i had to get a 1st floor room due to disabled veteran and no stairs. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast was cold, oatmeal was un cooked sitting in water. Pancakes were raw, undercooked. Had cereal, then no milk. Milk refilled, but the worker needed some help. Room was great."
