"One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game. The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind...

"The Omni hotel is excellent- the staff are all super friendly and helpful - The receptionist Prime was particularly friendly, sweet and helpful to us - a really great receptionist to have on the front desk:0) and Charlie was great too and helped us out with our cases. "Hotel Per La is a gem! Beautiful decor, great restaurant and cafe, excellent staff. My only complaint is that there was no mini fridge in the room. There is a "cooler" that looks exactly like a fridge but doesn't actually get cold. I bought groceries (thinking it was a fridge), but ended up having to ask for bucketsof ice over and over so my food wouldn't spoil. That was a hassle. However, everything else about the hotel was fantastic and it was a great downtown location for my conference."

"Clean room. My friend and I are older so the heater worked very well. I will definitely stay there again. Close to The Union Station in LA. Their homemade bread was to die for. We had their breakfast breads with coffee and there are a lot of small restaurants around the hotel. Nice!"

"Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The restaurants and bar were amazing! The basketball court was great. Room condition and overall cleanliness of the place was fantastic. We’ll for sure be coming back so we can stay here again!"

"Excellent spot for USC parents and visitors! Ride share to campus is only 12-15 min. Excellent hotel and excellent restaurants (I ate all meals there)!"

"Room was ok,shower was stinky , room service did not place bottom sheet on bed , front desk lady practically yelled at me about room number being wrong, ac did not work at all. Food and coffee was great though. "

"We purchased the Access Lounge and chose to have breakfast and appetizers there. Both were delicious. They advertise that snacks are offered after 10:30am but slwe only saw beverages. That might be considered a snack in some cultures. "
