"I checked into the hotel Sunday night at 2 o'clock in the morning. I rang the bell, waited a couple of minutes, about three or four minutes, nobody came, rang it again, and a girl screamed at me from the back. Finally, a guy came out. I requested having the first floor. He refused. He said since I booked through Hotel dot com , I didn't pay enough to get the first floor. Then he also told me that I couldn't get the continental breakfast, which is free at every hotel in America, except here. He told me again, because I booked through Hotels dot com, it was too cheap of a reservation, so I would have to pay extra for that. And then I only got room service three days out of five days. It's just a real crappy place. I wouldn't recommend it. There's plenty of other places to stay. You don't need to stay here. This place is awful."
