"We absolutely loved the Bambootel, it was absolutely beautiful, the service was outstanding and we would definitely stay again. Both the villas and the grounds are immaculate, the staff cannot do enough for you and we found the food at both breakfast and the restaurants really good. Theres plenty to keep you occupied with daily shuttles into Ubud, daily rice terrace walks, frequent yoga and a fully stocked gym."

"This was my second stay at this magical property, and once again, it did not disappoint! Everything was wonderful—from the warm and attentive hotel staff to the beautiful guest rooms, facilities, pool, spa experience, food, and entertainment. I even had the opportunity to experience the care of the doctor and nurse on call, who were both wonderful and made me feel very well taken care of. A special thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make my friend’s birthday feel even more special. Those thoughtful touches truly meant so much to us and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you for another amazing experience. "This was my first time visiting Bali, and staying at Onyx was a great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and responsive whenever we had a request. The restaurants within the hotel were also very good, with great food and a nice atmosphere. I didn’t personally use the spa during my stay, but it looked beautiful and well maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Onyx and would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Bali. The friendly service and attention to detail really stood out!"

"Beautiful property. Rooms are large,well appointed and super clean. The grounds are perfectly maintained and stunning. There are no words for the elephant encounters. Washing,them,swimming with them,feeding them and having them come to your actual room for fruit are very special experiences. The staff are super helpful ,friendly and very knowledgeable .Dining is excellent . We’ll worth a visit and a stay at the lodge."
