"The spa was relaxing but little expensive for Andaman "

"Great rooms and breakfast + courteous staff "

"Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves. A hotel room should at minimum be clean, hygienic and properly maintained. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet even these basic...

"Room was nice, checkin process was smooth but we had no hot water in our room for shower. We were asked to use another room for shower instead of moving us in a different room to resolve the issue. It was an odd experience."
