"I was greeted with a big smile at reception and checking in and out was easy. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and it smelled beautiful. I parked in front of my unit so I knew the car was safe. Staff were friendly and approachable. Supermarkets and hospital were within walking distance. I was so happy with the room. It was super cozy. I'll definitely be back some day. Thank-you for a lovely stay."

"The location was great! The view and the ambience made the stay worth it. However, I'd say he cabin needs a good pest treatment. While spiders and bugs are acceptable in the hinterlands, we've seen cockroaches of various sizes."

"There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"We booked at Reflections, Lennox Head. No check-in codes and details had been sent, we phoned and were promised to be sent shortly. We checked upon arrival at 5.30 and none had been sent, we phoned phoned after hours a few times - but no answer. We were unable to stay and had to book elsewhere. Explaining this to them the following day resulted in abuse and no refund. A week later Expedia sought a refund for us, and Reflections has refused - stolen our money and lied. Avoid at all costs!"

"Had a really enjoyable stay at Ingenia Holidays Byron Bay. The holiday park has a great modern feel and is well located. The cabin was clean, stylish, and very comfortable with great amenities, perfect to unwind after a busy day. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, which made the experience even better. "Fully renovated rooms above the bar and bistro in the centre of town. Parking at rear could be a problem but we snared the last spot at the time on arrival. Staff were most helpful and changed our allicated riom to the rear and not above the bar. Most appreciated. Good use of space in rooms with kitchenette facilities including stovetop hotplates but no utensils for their use. Good ensuite space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bar and bistro downstairs for an easy relaxing evening."

"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "
