some staff are more helpful then others. Even the manager ( with grey jacket) is not help as compared the normal staff.

Wyndham Sun Moon Lake
Excellent room. No emphasis on the view. Parking is good. Very spacious and clean room. We have got 2 rooms and they even closed up a section of the main walk way to allow us to a have our own private sitting area outside our rooms.

設備應有盡有，有影音設備、KTV、電動麻將、洗衣機、小廚房、手沖咖啡、滿足每一位家人的需求，房間每間很大舒適。唯房間的冷氣冬天久沒用，開送風有點霉味，但整體感受相當好，下次一定是首選。
