"It's a step above a motel, keep expectations in check. Breakfast was powdered eggs and things you can buy from the foodland grocery store next door, the pool is actually funny to see as its so small.
Some pro's: rooms are really good size, larger standard, free parking, close to downtown, quick drive away."
"The shops were at a walking distance but the property at the hotel was fine and the parking was easy the rooms were spacious and well stocked with necessities like Kleenex "

"This hotel is a good example of blending history and modern convenience. The building is well-maintained, and the staff are all very kind. Complimentary breakfast was served with hot food and decent coffee."
"The cottage suite was excellent and fresh new and clean. The pool area is in need of improvement. For a quiet stay was very nice and delivered what we were looking for."
"We had a wonderful stay at this charming lakeside inn. Stephanie was the perfect host—she greeted us warmly from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home throughout our visit.
The Saucy Willow Inn, at 143 years old, is full of character and history. It has been beautifully renovated over the past few years, blending modern comforts with its original charm and thoughtful details. The property itself is expansive, peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable (the mattress was wonderful!) In the morning, we enjoyed delicious freshly baked scones and coffee for breakfast (other options offered included bagels, eggs, overnight oats and smoothies). What a lovely way to start the day!
If you're looking for a quiet getaway with exceptional hospitality (and only 1.5 hours from Toronto) the Saucy Willow Inn is a fantastic choice. We will be back again soon!
Thank you again, Stephanie!"
"We stayed in the Dome and had a fantastic weekend.
The Dome is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Harsha our host went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant and special as possible.
The hotel is in a beautiful location near lots of nice restaurants and hiking trails. As a bonus lots of very tame deer like to walk around the hotel which is great for photo opportunities. We will definitely return here!"
"Love the location. Great access to the park and walk around the town. Hotel is outdated but cleanliness. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Mattresses are comfortable. Good air conditioning and water supply for shower. Utensils are not enough but you can request if needed. Had a great night stay."
