"Exceptionally AWFUL!! Steer clear… pool and hot tub do not work and are the first picture on the listing and one of the main reasons we booked this place. VERY misleading. Our room was not ready when we arrived either and we had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready even though I booked it over 2 weeks ago. Lots of late excuses. People definitely living in hotel, seemed very sketchy and unsafe. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe the whole time. Breakfast is purely high carbs- bring your own protein. Will NOT be staying here again or recommending.."
