"One word - avoid. What ypu see in the description and in reviews is NOT what you get. The room was facing the main road and the constant, non-stop noise was unbearable. The breakfast was horrible. £12.50 extra for 1x burnt bacon, uncooked hash brown and a pathetic looking uncooked sausage. Plus a fried egg complete with a hair. "I liked everything. When reception realised I was disabled they immediately offered me a room with disabled facilities. Marvelous really. They were wonderful. The valet parking is priceless. After The Grand in Eastbourne I think you have the best hotel in England. Best wishes, John"

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Lovely clean spacious room. Great shower with tea and coffee. They had put two fans in our room during the heatwave. Just a 10 minute walk into Oxford. Great spot."
