"Nice place very clean, staff especially the Manager all very nice. Easy to get a Taxi at the hotel. Bed was very good, king size and firm not saggy. Plenty of closet space. Bathroom good size.
What needs improvement. The room safe is too small for a 14" laptop, NO instructions on how to use the safe. Microwave in room very strange could not figure how to use it, again Instructions needed. Room door locks different but once you learn how to use them ok. BREAKFAST - Really not good. Hot Water and Instant Coffee. Some empanadas that are cold (no microwave in the food area) and they are not marked as to what the empanadas are. People preparing breakfast have no rush or desire to get food out. Food sometimes 7am it is out and sometimes 7:30am almost nothing, the breakfast personnel are oblivious and need to be replaced ASAP. Eggs, no scrambled eggs, just COLD sliced omelete pieces and COLD hard boild eggs no sausage or bacon.
BEWARE - REQUEST a Room in the 1st Floor or 2nd Floor. There is No Water Pump in the building and NO water pressure on the "4th floor" and marginal on the 3rd. First night I was on the 4th, could not shower the next morning. Good pressure 1st floor.
