"The hotel itself has a weird layout; and there is major construction going on next door, so if you have an ocean view (not ocean front) be prepared for it to be loud daily until 5 PM. The night staff was great, but we were harassed on checkout day. I was given permission to check out at 12, but at 11:01, 11:03 and 11:05 our door was knocked on asking us to leave. We gave the same answer that we had permission. At 11:07, the front desk the called very hastily and demand we leave. I explained for the 4th time we were given permission to check out at 12. Will not return, we will stay in Pensacola Beach next time "

"Beach view was great! Staff is excellent. The breakfast included made-to-order omlet. Choices of several veges and meats includeed. It appears to be an older building and the room was updated. Our room appeared to have all new furnishings and new bathroom fixtures."

"WAY BETTER than I anticipated! It smells great throughout the Lobby, Halls, Elevator and Rooms! Very nicely done! The Room is a perfect Studio with everything you Need! You may need to bring your own Paper Towels & a sponge!! Other than that it was super Nice! New Chipotle across the street & Walmart 2 city blocks away. So many restaurants & amenities within a 2 minute drive. Thoroughly impressed compared to nightmares at other 'weekly stays'...... WELL DONE STUDIO 6.....AAAA+++"

"We stayed 2 nights, but this property usually has longer bookings. The staff is excellent and helpful. I always appreciate when they dont say my room number out loud during check in. The external doors are locked and the property felt very safe. The building seems new, and is very clean. "

"As advertised, has some character to it- enjoyed it over a run of the mill chain hotel stay. The small private beach area was perfect to take the kids to without having to leave the property. Fire pit & pool area were nice. Can’t beat the location & price. Will return. "

"My kids and I went on a weekend getaway just before spring break, and this place was incredible. The water was perfect and warm enough that we could even swim at night. The hot tube felt just like a proper hot tub, which was a great way to relax. Breakfast was good and offered plenty of options. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. Fish Head, which is located right on the property, had great drinks and good food. Overall, we had a great experience. The walk to the boardwalk was especially lovely and made the stay even more enjoyable."
