"The air conditioning is non existent, we couldn't get the room below 25°C (despite complaining and them looking at it). We found out on the last night you could open a small window though that helped, just made it very noisy. The Executive Lounge is a little odd. They don't offer breakfast, and it doesn't open until 10am, then thru just have biscuits, coffee and soft drinks during the day. The evening social is pretty good, but the lounge shuts at 9pm. This was the quietest lounge we have ever seen (sometimes we were the only ones in there for the social). I wouldn't bother with it again, it isn't worth the extra cost for the tiny service you get."

"I had an outstanding stay at hotel Bristol, From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was quiet and well maintained. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Every interaction with the staff was friendly and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next visit"
