"Had an amazing stay at Metropol. It was right by the Palace of science and culture bldg and old town is just about 15 min walk. very convenient and lots of restaurant , shopping around. hotel staff were excellent, they hold our bags since we arrive early morning and checking was at 2 pm. They had amazing drinking water machine (hot, cold and sparkling) by the elevator and hot water pot, big glass jug were helpful. Very clean hotel, comfy bed and decent size room based on what we paid. Overall...

"Great staff, great food and drinks at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is at a very convenient location to the airport and has everything that you need to relax. I stayed at the location in downtown Warsaw - it is bigger and has a different character. Both locations are great. "

"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was...
