"Really the best 5 star hotel in Warsaw but since it is much cheaper in Warsaw, compared with Western European and North American cities, you have the best value for staying in this hotel. It's located next to the Presidential Palace and minutes walk from the old town area. The breakfast is among the best one can find these days , very old fashioned services and the best quality products"

"Perfect location and very clean, professional and courteous and helpful. I have 2 complaints- 1- we were not told upon arrival that unless we purchased breakfast for every morning we were there we would not get the better rate. We booked it for the first morning to give it a try and once we tasted it and decided to purchase for the next 2 mornings it was a higher rate and they were not flexible so we did not purchase. There are plenty of places to eat near hotel. 2nd- there is some kind of scent in the hallways,as if it is being “piped in”. It was not a bad smell but I am very sensitive to smells and thought this was an intrusion. Other than what I mentioned I would highly recommend."
