"Our room was clean and the most comfortable of our trim. Breakfast was great, air conditioner worked over time with the high heat and humidity while we were there. Staff was very nice and even called to check on us when we were later then expected to check in."

"Stayed for a night with our 3 dogs. Took up 2 rooms to stay within the rules. No problem! Price was so reasonable, staff very friendly and helpful, not to mention honest, professional and showed true integrity. I left my credit card at the front desk by mistake after checking in. We were exhausted after traveling over 600 miles in a day…..the young lady at the front desk tracked me down and got it back to me! I didn’t even know I lost it. The accommodations were extremely comfortable for us and our dogs. We even had a doggy area for the pups to relieve themselves. Along with the supplies to clean up the mess right there. We left rested and made it to Florida to start our new life in retirement. Thanks for the awesome stay! Don’t change anything!"

"Everything was so amazing. Was in town for work and was happy I had an actual couch to relax on during the down time. Far superior than a hotel room and cheaper. The roof access with its lounge couches and relaxing spaces were an added bonus. This place is now a favorite."

"This was a very unique and modern comfortable hotel. The grab and go breakfast was perfect for our stay. Staff especially the night crew when we checked in were exceptional. The sheets were silky soft. We had a great stay. We will look for a livsmart Hilton first on our next trip."

"I’ll definitely use best western again. We checked in and one of our rooms air conditioner wasn’t properly working and the man at the front desk fixed it with no problems. We appreciated that, he was pleasant and helpful! You guys will see us again!"
