"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"Overall it was decent. Couple of minor points that prevented my review going above 4 stars. Definitely noted that room cleaning service lacked a good clean. The other was on our check out day. We find after going for breakfast we were locked out of our room as the key cards no longer worked. If we are all to check out by 11am. At what point did our entry card cease to work? Breakfast finished at 10am. We only needed to return to get our already bags sorted and things to go. But, couldn't get in....
"Lovely room very clean
The bathroom was modern but the drainage should be looked at, had to keep the bathroom door closed to prevent the smell coming into the bedroom.

"Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...
