"OK, first the properties actually pretty beautiful and the pool is very huge and nice and well lit. The issue that I had was that I scheduled a king room suite with a pool view and a soaking tub upon arrival and check-in. I was told that my room was not available that there was a problem with the air conditioner. Then, later from another staff member, I found out that there was no problem from the air conditioner however they rented the room to somebody else after I reserved it so beware they put me in a room upstairs which was fine and had one queen bed in the shower. The AC unit barely worked. The refrigerator did not get cold and to top it off. They brought me a rollaway bed, which they promised that check-in however I did not get it until after midnight and I had just drove in all the way from Washington so not the greatest experience they offered to comp me the buffet, but there was no way I'd be waking up that early as I said, I just did an 18 Hour Dr. and the rollaway bed that I slept on I might as well have been sleeping on a gel bench because it is rock hard unless they'd be willing to comp me a king suite the one that I originally requested there's absolutely no way I would recommend anybody stay there"
