"Pool was under construction when we were there. Was not evident when We were booking. Would’ve gone elsewhere had we known. The HVAC unit in our room had no heat. The bathroom sink drained poorly and had no hot water. Although we were there for theee days the maid did not come in once to empty trash or replenish TP/coffee etc. Will go elsewhere next time. Great location though,"

"This is my third stay at Suburban Studios over the last couple of years. In addition tobeing a great location right off the highway and a good stopping point along my journey, the staff and site are very welcoming. It is nice to have a full kitchen on long journeys. I travel between Minnesota and Virginia twice a year and Suburban Studios will always be my go to!"

"And all my years of travelling this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The general manager was unbelievably unprofessional. Other patrons that were staying there long-term were drunk and belligerent in the hotel lobby, and it was obvious they were good friends with the general manager. We received threats from both the patrons and the GM to the point that we had to leave after a long day of travel and minding our own business. Absolutely unreal"

"We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn, however I found that they are so understaffed. There was only one woman on staff that evening to check in customers also doing laundry and everything else. Sarah was so amazing and kind. We felt so bad for her and yet she kept a smile on her face the whole time. My feedback is you should staff more appropriately in the future before you lose good employees."

"Room 307 at several problems; one of the problems was the shower area, had a leak in the shower head around the top. The second problem was where you receive your shampoo from. This unit was broken. The third problem was the refrigerator would not and change your mind close properly. This prevented us from keeping food and drinks cold."

"Brand new hotel and looks new too. The hotel was hard to find since the GPS didn’t recognize the road but the staffing checking in was super friendly and helpful. My room was dirty and had a ton of black hair in the sheets. My feet were literally dark after walking around barefoot. What looked like possible rodent poop near the pantry. I ran into the maintenance guy in the morning and he said he only works here a couple days a week because weird stuff happens here. Lol what? Anyways it was fine...

"The rooms where nice and clean.I didn't care for the breakfast. The toasters didn't work to good to toast the bagels."

"I have never stayed at Candlewood Suites before. I highly recommend it! Staff was able to get me in for early check in. My suite was large and very comfortable. The room was immaculate. Kudos to Their staff!!"

"It was not disclosed that the property was under construction, the pictures on line were of the completed property. When checking in, we were given a double queen when we booked a King, and the front desk was not apologetic at all, just "sorry, nothing I can do about it". Also, there wasn't a working ice machine to be found. Upon showering, there was also no conditioner, container was empty. Poor experience over all."

"Pool wasn't clean on the sides, no pool towels, the tables and chairs in the pool room was old and unstable. Beds was old and uncomfortable, hallways was really dark. It place is fine if you only stay for one night. Went to take a shower and found a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain. Breakfast was ready on time."
