"Room was very dirty, saw lots of dirt in the bathroom, paint was peeling, cigarette holes and stains in the sheets. Towels looked a little dirty. Place smelled like pot and cigarettes. Would not say it’s a hotel, definitely motel vibes. "

"Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. "

"Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. "

"Nice facility, I did not visit the exercise room on my visit. Javon checked me in, he was very pleasant and easy to talk with, caring, and friendly. I enjoyed my stay."

"I was charged extra when we arrived and check in and out process were very slow. I didnt even get a reciept for the extra charges."

"Overall great experience and would stay again! Staff was very polite and upbeat. Pullout mattress, mattress sheet, and couch cushion were all a bit stained but aside from that was comfortably clean. "

"Good stay. Two small complaints. The hot tub had dirt floaties which we could remove with the skimmer net and the toilet was the old fashioned low to the ground type that kept running. I would suggest upgrading toilets to comfort height ones with soft close seats. Breakfast was very good. "

"Staff at the front desk was very friendly. That being said, the hotel is outdated and the room wasn’t very clean. The mattresses were so soft you sink right into them. The pillows also smelt very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"We weren't warned ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing such extensive renovations. The hotel was basically being renovated throughout. There was dirt and dust everywhere. The room we were given was visually pleasing but there were 3 issues. First, the walls were thin and there were crews working in the rooms around our room. "Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me."

"Under construction never told how to get to our room as the elevator closest to lobby was not operable. Ice machine not operating had to go two floors down to get ice. Had an over 300 person party and as a guest of the hotel-we were secondary in their concerns. Had to walk through the party to get to the lobby. Very embarrassing as they had formal wear and we were in travel clothes. Had a great burger in the restaurant. But the construction was not a pleasant dinner accompaniment. Restaurant...

"A really nice room that had recently been redone. Very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was just ok. No hot food options. "

"Room was far from clean. The couch we wouldn't even think about sitting on or setting anything on it. Was told breakfast was until 10 when we checked in, it was tore down by 9:05 am. Not a good experience at all."
