"Clean room and comfortable bed, But, hard to find with small sign and many other inconveniences to include 1 working TV channel (a religious station), no exhaust fan, no cups or ice, no coffee maker or breakfast, hot water in shower labeling wrong, outdoors with lots of trash, parking lot poorly lit, noisy heat and near loud expressway. No light bulb in 1 bedside lamp. When we requested one, we were told we’d have to wait til the next day for a maintenance man to replace the light bulb, but we...

"The desk clerk was polite. The room rate was very cheap, so our expectations were low, but the online ad was misleading. It did not mention breakfast as an amenity, but contained a photo of a breakfast room with cereal and fruit etc. on the counter. When we checked in, there was a sign that read 'Due to Covid, kitchen is closed.' Our bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous occupant; there was fecal material on the underside of the toilet seat and a partially used bar of soap in the...

"This was not the hotel I thought it was was booking. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed. However, it’s quiet with no road noise or neighbors. The lady at the front desk was lovely. I upgrade to a suite with a couch and dining table, making the room quite spacious. The motel is quite dated but clean and not in disrepair. It’s a great location but no pool and no breakfast. Also, no elevator which is getting to be a problem for me, even with their lower tread height. Would I stay...

"I made an error booking at this Super 8. There are two Super 8s in Hagerstown and I had planned on the other one, near I-81. This place needs a renovation. The hallways are dark. The mattress was covered in plastic. The staff were pleasant but a $50 deposit is required at the front desk. The linens were clean. The flooring in the room looked new. Some fixtures are new but cheap. Very few TV channels. There were only 2 floor lamps in the room no overhead or bedside lights. The 1st floor room was...

"room was clean, everything worked. looked like new flooring. sink spigot was loose(not big deal). price was right!"

"Little bit of a challenge locating the hotel since it was a ways off the Main Street. Would help if they added a bigger sign at the Main Street. Also a sign where you turn off the side street into hotel."

"Deferred maintenance is an understatement. Worn out and outdated in every way. Only 1 outlet in the room worked. Tub and sink were dirty. Coin operated ice machine. I dont mind old school one floor motels but this place was horrible! If we had not already paid Expedia we would have left."

"This place is a hidden gem! The room was incredibly clean and decorated in the cutest style! A coffee maker with pods and tea were provided as well as some small snacks and water in the fridge! I really liked that dishes and silverware were also provided in case we may have needed to reheat food. The AC was a little finicky it seemed but kept us cool and comfy the entire stay. Lots of good choices for food with in driving distance as well."
