Simple room, comfortable bed. The remote didn't work on the t.v. so had to push buttons on the side, no biggie. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Breakfast was a make it yourself waffle and some fruit. For the price, not bad.

Property was well maintained and clean. Outside trashcans and freshly cut grass. Big spacious asphalt parking lot. Front desk people were very nice. Will come back.

The hotel is a great place to stay for the price. Sullivan does not have that many options for hotels. If your looking for a clean safe place to stay and have a limited budget this hotel to stay. Front desk is nice and friendly.
