"Your staff was great--especially given the Iowa/Iowa State weekend. I had to add a night to the start of my stay, and, whilst it was expensive, your staff helped accommodate. My biggest disappointment with the property is the "fitness center". You guys should invest in, at minimum. a few weight machines. You spent money on a pool---but have NO machines or weights? That was a BIG bummer."
