My nieces and I loved our stay and accommodations. This was our first time staying at Town Center and I would highly recommend it. I will be booking again, it sure beats a hotel when you are staying for a week as we did. LOVED IT!!!!!! Thank you so much for a great experience in our stay. Vanessa

For the price I have no room to complain about anything. The garage was too small for my Yukon xl which was a bummer & the property needed some love, but it was comfortable.

It's a great place to stay at a reasonable price. The main areas are big which was great for our friends and family. Our experience was great overall and would totally come back. I would just suggest they change their cleaning company, they missed some important spots in two of the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than that it was clean.

We stayed at another unit across in March. It was fantastic. This one was not clean. We had to wash all silverware, pans, etc. before using them. They were filthy. Pot holders were disgusting, we bought and left new ones. The bedroom had carpet beetles. There was one on the bedding, gross. Had to wash. I would only stay in the previous unit by the pool if we came back. Great location, it’s too bad it was filthy.

Very spacious, clean. Beds were all comfortable. Located a short distance from the freeway made getting around convenient. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the community pool, so having the hot tub on the deck was convenient and great!

This townhome was the most beautiful house I’ve stayed in. The host was very friendly and helped with all of my questions. Every room was big, the bed was insanely comfortable and it felt like home. Easy cleanup on our end as well. We will be back!

Nice facility. Plenty of room and only 10 minutes to St George. For such a hefty cleaning fee, I was surprised to have crumbs smashed in the fabric of the couch and on the ground under the couch, all of which were clearly visible. There was also used contact lenses on the floor of the shower and also on the ground next to the garbage can. So cleaning could be better.

Next time I will text to make sure we are given the correct unit.staff was willing to accommodate us and put us in another room the next day, as we arrived late. We will stay again. It's a very nice place.

Very nice place to relax.

Very nice home. Had many extra conveniences at the ready. We booked through hotels.com so the process surprised us having to sign contracts and pay when we already had given our credit card upon renting which took an extra hour. Despite this, the house was well-appointed and laid out. Plenty of room and in great condition. Pool and hot tub were great too.
Spacious great room

Beautiful property, clean and spacious, tons of room for a large family. Some of the supplies were empty when we arrived and had some issues with the drains but I’m sure they cleared those up. Check in directions were confusing and didn’t make sense.

Was it amazing. So cozy and comfortable and a great price overall. A couple small things like found some trash from previous people who stayed. The Foosball table was broken. And the propane tank was empty and we wanted to grill. Other than that the beds were super comfy and the house has a bunch of different amenities for cooking and entertainment. I am not sure how it sleeps 12 people i could only count 9 to 10 beds unless they were hidden beds in the couches. But again would definitely go back.

very hot

The owners were either messing with the air conditioning or they purposely set the air conditioning to high temperatures. We were so warm in the middle of the night but the thermostats were locked. Also they didn’t take out the trash can, so the garage was very smelly. The house was quite nice though.
