"Staff was excellent in every way throughout our 4 night stay. I hate to name specific people, because each one was A+. However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

"The front desk was short staffed, and I had to leave before returning my room key and getting a receipt because no one was there and this was a 11:00am. The door man and other staff were very nice and helpful when no one was manning the front desk."

"Sadly, this one experience decided that we would not come again to this hotel chain. Upon check-in, we utilize two separate cards 14 the amenities fee and 14 the one hundred dollar per night room hold. I was told the card used for the room hold would be the one that any" charge to the room expenses" would be charged too. We went up to the room after the first twenty four hours.The room was extremely humid and sticky to the point of sweating while standing still. This was reported to the front desk multiple times but was not resolved during our four day stay. There was look like possible mold on the vents, and that was unsettling. The food was not nearly as good as I would have hoped for the price as well as options.Good morning, good morning, I want a thirty two ounce bomb pop "
