"The outdoor pool was a wonderful amenity. Front desk midnight shift Guest Services agent was rude and disrespectful. All he had to say was to insert our credit card for the deposit. He claimed and presumed it would not go through."

"This is an old building converted into a hotel so expect a different experience/facilities than brand name hotels. Though, location was great, and I had a pleasant stay overall. One caveat was the internet. It cut off very often and was difficult to use."
