"I have mixed feelings about this stay, this is a classic example of great potential and poor management. The place is great but the staff lacks confidence and training. You can be happy if you don’t need anything already in your room. "OK, let me start by saying I paid for the room that was all the way on the highest floor in the view was supposed to be into the atrium…. Number one when we got there at 6 o’clock we were told that our room was not ready. Check-in is clearly at four so I’m guessing they changed the room from the very beginning, we got to the 10th floor that I paid for and nowhere in the reservations at all Does it say that there’s no balcony access to the atrium…. So having that room was completely pointless...

"The apartments are spacious and clean. Very comfortable for a family vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped and it has a washer/dryer that after a soccer tournament came very handy. Pool area was nice. We couldn't enjoy all the other amenities. We will definitely come back."

"Arrived for a 3 day stay and TV didn't work, dried blood on the sheets and noisy fridge that froze our drinks. Front desk attendants were told of the situation. Nothing got fixed, sheets were not changed etc. Sold out, so no room change. We recieved $33 off our bill. LOL! This was going to be our go-to hotel to visit our son at UCF for the next four years. Not now!"
