Omni Shoreham Hotel Washington DC
"When we checked in, we were not told about the destination fee and the ability to spend the money in the lounge and thus receive a credit. The family we were staying with knew this information and shared this with us. Front desk – should go through all of those details with people upon check-in."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Jay and Blair. Check in was easy. Parking onsite has very small spaces but super convenient! The matress and pillows were comfortable and room was quiet! Definitely it is worth and value and I would stay again."
