"The property and location were good . Only problem is the parking . Since it’s next o the airport it appears they have daily airport parking . When I arrived they had no parking available. I parked by the bar /restaurant I was told in a rude manner I had to keep on looking for parking and not to park there and it if I did to wake up and move the car by 7am or risk getting towed . I will never stay at that property again ."

"went during the week. last night there on a Thursday night, night long party next door and smoking in the non-smoking floor while the hotel did nothing to stop them or quiet them down. otherwise, i enjoyed the spa and my stay minus the horrendous cigarette smoke everywhere else in that casino"

"Honestly surprised to see the conditions it was in since it’s attached to a casino. Once you walk into the lobby it reeks of dust and, mildew and cigarettes and weed. Going thru the hallway to my room even worse if a smell, super unpleasant stains everywhere. Once I got into the room again stains everywhere, water stains on the curtains. Again mildew, mold smell. Ac didn’t really work, bed was super uncomfortable you could dead feel the springs. Honestly the worst stay I’ve ever dealt with....

"The hotel receptionist at the time he wanted to do this was a gentleman who was incredibly kind and hospitable, and all the shortcomings of this hotel could have been exchanged for the goodness of this person."

"Two of the three elevators to my room on the 10th floor would not go to the 10th floor. Still not fixed when I left after one night. Ice machine on my floor didn't work and was not fixed by the time I left. Your blurb about the motel said that breakfast was included. Not exactly in those words so perhaps that's how you get away with not serving breakfast at the motel. Whatever the reason the wording in your blurb is very misleading about breakfast. So this tells me that there are other things...

"It was smelling nasty. The corridor was awful smelling. The room didn't have hot water. Had to call the front desk. It took 2 hours to get the hot water running in the room. The receptionist , she was the worst. The front desk was empty every time I visited the lobby. She was out in the parking. Snooki g cigarettes."

"The manager was very helpful at check-in and made it smooth and inviting most likely to cover up the fact that the bed pillows were washed in the washer and dryer and lumpy like rocks, and when we took the pillowcases off to look at them, they were ripped open on the ends. There was no shampoo or conditioner or lotion in the bathroom bathrooms. They were cigarette butts all over the ground outside, but check-in was good yes"

"The room was very clean, thee staff very friendly and the parking was easy to maneuver either outside or the parking under the building. For a senior it was real helpful having luggage carts."
