"Clean room. Report several maintenance issues. Hot breakfast selections were sparse. Only eggs, sausages and waffles. Coffee bar provided no creamers except half and half."

"The first room we were assigned was still dirty. The second room had staples all over the floor from the wall paper falling off. The staff was rude and acted like asking for help was too much for them. I watched multiple staff members ignore guests when they asked for help or a question."

"I truly had a nice experience at hotel. The staff was very friendly and they accommodated with my request for my 1 year old grandson. My room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was amazing. My grandson enjoyed the big tub. I enjoyed the big shower. We slept very comfortable in the two queen size beds. The refrigerator was excellent for the babies food. We ordered food from Walk On and watched TV until we feel asleep"

"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"The room was run down and in need of repairs. There was a foul odor in the toilet. The towel bar in the shower was missing. The walls in the shower were caked with accumulated soap film and were unclean. In the lavatory area, there was a portion of the wall where something had been attached (probably a hand soap dispenser) to the wall but was torn off leaving broken hole in the drywall. The wall switch light by the door was too dim, around a 40-watt light. Three of the other lamps didn't...

"There were no cups for coffee, no coffee packets to make coffee. No bath stuff for taking bath in the room. Had to go to desk to get the supplies ."

"We arrived at 1 pm and was told we couldnt check in until 2 even though our room was ready, however if i would pay the guy at the desk $45 i could check in then! Everything was so dirty including the pool woth food floating in it, I have pucs of the pool of u want to see them! Breakfast was horrible, nothing replaces when emptied seemed like the staff ate more then anyone! It was a horrible experience!"
