"The pool was nice. Our room had many issues. First, the air conditioner never worked, and we complained to the front staff, and they never fixed it. Second, there was a leak in our bathroom coming from the upstairs room. A super came and took a look at it and then never cleaned up in our room. Our electricity went out all of a sudden. "Was upstairs attic type bedroom But small and very clean. Excellent shower. Issue was when we went out the first night for a wedding and returned the dirt to the building was locked. Had received no indication how to open it. When I called they answered right away and was fine. Didn’t see anyone at reception the 3 days 2 nights i was there"
