"The Tiki Hut draws a lot of offsite guests, which makes it very crowded for the guests staying at the hotel. Beach access is excellent and steps away from the hotel. It’s a crowded beach with public access so it gets very busy. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a nice perk of the location."

"We had a wonderful stay! The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of River Street, making it convenient to explore the area. We purchased tickets for the On/Off Trolley Tour, and stop #11 was located right next to the Holiday Inn Express, which made sightseeing incredibly easy. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. We also appreciated that breakfast was included with our stay, providing a great start to each day. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, clean accommodations, and included breakfast made for a very enjoyable experience."

"The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the corridors open to the outside, which means no air conditioning, and the elevators also had no air conditioning. It was quite hot outside so that made the space a bit stifling. Everything was clean, however. The location was great and close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly."

"The bathroom says was empty, and my coffee didn’t work on the purse shoes in my room when I checked in the room was clean the southwest friendly and the view was amazing. The pools in the area and the property was well-maintained."

"We loved the Thompson! Everything was amazing! We used to live in Savannah and this area has become such a pleasant addition to Savannah! Staff helped us quickly with an HDMI hookup and accommodations were wonderful."

"This is property is primarily an event and meeting facility. The staff, particularly the concierge were excellent. Unfortunately, there was no bellman for 9 AM check out . The only evening dining available is a small menu in the bar/lounge, with seating in a large open area used for event. Breakfast was available in a second floor restaurant that only seres breakfast. The other breakfast option is room service."
