"The air conditioning unit needs to be upgraded. It gets warm in the rooms. Our room was next to the elevator and that's all we heard. "

"The location was great! We Would have preferred the river side, due to noise and visually not appealing. The room was much smaller than we had expected, too cramoed with chaise and no sitting area. There were several things that we were not happy with. There was a strong fragrance coming through the hvac system that was so strong and floral, the handheld shower head was not working great, stuck on strong pressure. The room was extremely humid, we had to keep the air conditioning running to avoid the windows steaming up. The other problem we had, that we will be aware of in looking hotels in the future is that the handicap rail were on the left side and that doesn’t really work well for handicap people that are right handed, stroke. "
