"After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city. All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to. Allan and Trish, Scotland"

"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "Esperaba menos x ser hostal y me ha encantado… La habitacion que nos toco esta en otro edificio con ascendor ,muy amplia y comoda con refrigerador Solo mejoraria la calidad de las almohadas Y hay que solicitar el servicio de aseo El desayuno no esta incluido pero ofrecen la opcion x 3 dolares bastante basico (no me gusto ) "
