"I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. "Was excellent except for the construction/improvements the hotel was going through. Would have been 5 stars after construction. Right on beach, view from room was exceptional, a lot of pools outside and a couple covered under building and large jacuzzi. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean property. Parking garage was confusing and entrance to the hotel was threw the parking garage."
