"The bathroom door hinges were loose & would not close. Maintenance repaired it the next morning. We asked to have towels changed out. When we got back to the room that afternoon they had not done so. We had to take soiled towels to desk & exchange them. they asked if we had requested it. Yes we had!
Staff was friendly, but minor maintenance was not being taken care of.
The hotel was so close to interstate the traffic noise was so loud it was hard to sleep."
