Hotel murah di Waterloo

"Property was adequate for a nights rest. Maintenance is lacking-shower wall above shower head looks bad. Only one plug in on wall by ironing board worked; Stains on carpet; wash clothes are thin enough to see though. Breakfast had not much to offer for diabetics, no fruit, waffle mix took a very long time to fill cup even halfway. Hot water was Luke warm. I like Super 8 but this one could use some “extra”."

"For the price, it was a great stay. We had two rooms for one night. The rooms were decent for the price, and we got complimentary breakfast and drinks( wine anf beer). The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were neat and clean. Plus, there was plenty of parking."

"No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected."

"This property needs some major updates. It is old and dirty. The toilet in the room didn't work correctly. The only employee that was helpful was the friendly lady at the front desk. I wish I had caught her name she deserves recognition! All the other employees looked as if they hated their job and it would literally kill them to crack a smile. The pool & hot tub were filled with unattended rambunctious children. Overall the stay was not good. Bless the front desk girl for trying to make us feel...

"The room itself was very clean, nice decor, and convenient for a longer stay. However, the king bed we had was incredibly firm and we woke up sore both mornings. The stairwell which we were forced to take were smelly because there were garbage bags in the trash receptacles overflowing. The clerk when we checked in was initially very sweet and friendly, but it was clearly shallow, because when we had insight to give in regard to the elevator issues, she was a little rude and condescending. "Best hotel we have stayed in a long time! Quiet, clean, smoke and pet free rooms. We have nothing against pets but would like to stay in a room where a pet has not slept in/on the beds. Breakfast area clean and the food was good. Close to the highway allowing easy access off/on. Highly recommend and would stay here again!"

"Had a suite... one bed was fine, the other had spring issues. Pull out couch was placed in a spot that it couldn't pull out because a bed was in the way. Front desk was not available when we needed to request more towels. Breakfast was sub par, with no protein or fruit options. Fitness center was not available to use. Pool looked dirty. TV volume was set at 100 every time it turned on, disturbing us as well as our neighbors. Overall, the worst super 8 we've ever stayed in."
