"This is a very poorly run and unkempt property. As soon as I checked into the room, I checked back out and found another place to stay. It smells of smoke, the facilities and amenities (pool, etc.) are run down. In addition, it is located at the end of a road with very few street lights, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe both physically but also for the likelihood of car theft. In addition, there are no restaurants, gas stations or activities located near this property. I would highly...

"Parking lot had several work trucks with men hanging out there drinking til about midnight. They weren’t loud just something to note. And the ice machines said “out of season” so that was a little inconvenient. Pool, I can understand but an ice machine? Over all a solid place, would stay again"

"Great little suite in the cutest town of Culpeper. Place was extremely clean, quiet and convenient to all types of dining, shopping and train station. Beautifully decorated city with Christmas theme. Staff answered questions via email almost immediately. Very professional. We will stay here again. Highly recommend. "

"I stayed 4 days for bussiness The staff very gracious and helpful. The hotel and room was very clean and in good condition...but a guest has to daily request their room be serviced and towels replaced Breakfast is fair but some days lacking eggs and waffles.the juice dispenser says 100% juice..it is not I would still come back."

"We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...
