"Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was also spacious and provided good water pressure. We only saw one other couple during our 2 night stay so it felt very private. The coffee shop next door and food truck were also very convenient and delicious. 2 suggestions: a full-length mirror and a floor fan. The room got a little stuffy at night. "

"We have stayed at this Best Western location many times over the last 5 or 6 years, but this was our worst experience. The rooms were mostly clean. The breakfast was mostly fine. The staff was mostly friendly. The pool was not clean - as in, we couldn't swim in it - and we came during spring break. My biggest issue was with the person at the front desk when we checked in. "Overall experience was ok. Housekeeping did not clean the first day. We had no shower wash. I requested that they re-fill it. They didn’t, and also took our used soap and did not replace it. We had to request soap from the front desk when we got back to our room at midnight. In addition they did not re-fill coffee pods for our coffee maker. Staff was friendly enough but overall they missed the mark. "

"As the self-appointed Chlorox Wipe Queen, I (Mrs. Eric) declare that I found my wipes just as white after I used them in our 4th floor room as they were when I plucked them from the packaging. As this is an older coastal property, I expect a bit of moisture-related yuck, but there was none to find. Clean as a whistle! Also, the staff has been historically very pleasant.
