"I love staying at the Ryder Hotel. I travel a lot for work and it’s the perfect place to stay. Close walking distance to anything. They have a cute coffee shop in the hotel as well as a restaurant. The pool is always nice too! Highly recommend this hotel"

"The lady at the desk was a little bit difficult. But she worked with the lady at Expedia to get my refund taken care of. I wasn’t able to use tap-to-pay for a deposit which was an issue for me."

"The floor to ceiling windows were absolutely great and the size of my room was awesome. It was a dream traveling with a toddler. If yours is a clinger you can get a rollaway for them and put it in your private room."

"This hotel was very well maintained. Clean property! The staff was very helpful and efficient. The View WOW!! The boats, the restaurants, the river! You can catch boat tours right outside the Hotel doors! Everything is less than a 2-5 minute walk ! We love this place!"

"Rooms were nice though a little aged with rust spots showing through the painted bottom of the tub. Pool looked great, the food was excellent and the panoramic view from the top floor restaurant was amazing."

"The hotel and staff were amazing from start to finish. Wine served as soon as we walked in. We were checked in by a personal assistant while seated at a table. Our luggage was removed from the car and taken straight to our room. The room was complimentary upgrade to a premier king. We received a complimentary bottle of Champagne and also a free breakfast box with muffin, croissants and fruit. Just an absolutely wonderful experience. Will stay here again."

"We did appreciate the morning breakfast buffet. The attendant kept it stocked when items ran out. However, the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned our room and we were there five nights. Very frustrating and disappointing since we talked to the front desk about it, but they never resolved the problem."

"We stayed on the beach club side which was wonderful. Room was great. Very clean room and hotel. Wonderful view. The disappoinment was the only breakfast option was buffet and was $25 a person. Dinner, the food and drink all great however they are under staffed therefore slow service. The people working there really had to hustle. It did have an outside bar and pool side service, though a very limited menu during the week. The people working there were exceptional I have to say."
