The staff were the best part- friendly and proud of the unique historical features of the hotel. The hotel has many original features which makes it more than just a place to sleep. It is quirky and clean and comfortable.

This hotel is a hundred years old. The lore is rich! The food and service are excellent and the sweeping views are second only to Lake Louise. Would absolutely stay again when in Waterton.

Beautiful property well maintained. Restaurant was also very good gluten free options available. The room though had a lot of flies not vey appealing not sure if we would stay here again because of this. Not a good sleep when there are so many around.

We loved staying at The Prince of Wales Hotel. Our room was just perfect for us with great views. We were on the 5th floor but didn’t mind the steps to get there. We had a Royal Tea and ate in the dining room which was so good.

The view were great. The Historical history very interesting which you had to keep in mind with room size, elevator , no tv, etc. Beds were very comfortable. I think the food and drinks were over priced. 2 drinks, 1 cheese burger and 2 soup was just over $100 + tip. Overall worth visiting. Would be nice to have the History book on site in each room for guests to look at.

I love every moment: it’s windy, with delicious food… great people and service. I wish only that they’d replace the artwork. It’s currently scenic photography. No need: look out the window! The lounge needs taxidermy and there should be a portrait of each Prince of Wales since 1927. It should also have a prominent portrait of our King Charles and another of our Queen Camilla.
