"Delta refused a refund!!! I didn’t want a full refund, just the difference in price between the regular king bed room, and a room with a king bed and also a sofa bed. For example right now as I post this it’s $135 for king bed room and $151 for king bed with a sofa bed, $16 but $16 dollars I should not of been charged!!! Not sure how much the difference was that night. I just think it is perfectly reasonable that I not pay for something that I didn’t even get!! But if that’s how they choose to make money then so be it. Sincerely David Keiser Bar and food were fantastic!!! Check in staff also!!! "

"Clean room, but thin walls. Kept up all night by both rooms in either side of me laughing, coughing. Talking like they were in a nightclub. Knocking on each others doors so hard thought they were at my door. Needs to have a rule for noise after 10 or something. It was after 3:00am before things started quieting down but right at 6:00am they were at it again. You can hear EVERYTHING!"

"Pas de dejeuner inclus comme mentionné, beignes et pommes. Il y avait une odeur persistante de marihuana dans les corridors. Et nous avons eu un probleme de carte pour ouvrir la porte de notre chambre, l’employée de nuit sur place a été fortement désagréable!
Donc assez décevante comme expérience à cet hôtel ! "

"Could have used a little more detail with cleaning the room as I found a dirty fork and tissue between the bed and night stand and some old looking food stuck to the shade of the window. Beds are very firm, if thats your preference your in luck. Staff was excellent, building was new and very nice, breakfast is amazing, and 24 hour shuttle service."
