"Overall great for our family of 5! So much space and awesome location for storyland.
Some improvements could be done on the outlets (loosely hold plugs) and hairdryer bracket was not secured on the wall and fell off easily when hairdryer was gripped. Bathroom door was extremely squeaky (woke people up when opened) - but overall, minor issues. We would definitely come back!"

"Very comfortable, clean and easy to access. We would stay here again. The only downfall would be the later check-in at four in the early checkout at 10. But overall would recommend."

"If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...

"Nice room, had everything I needed. Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities."
