"Absolutely incredible place to stay. We mainly spoke with Daniel and he provided top notch service. He made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome and was more than happy to answer my questions and give recommendations. The hotel itself is stunning. The front common area has huge fireplace and a lot of windows which gives a great view of the mountains. The breakfast that was included was wonderful too. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering staying."

"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...

"It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, it's clean (lobby, restaurant, bathrooms and the room). A/C worked fine. The room was a little tight but understandable for the rate. Staff was kind and helpfull. The bed was confortable Only negatives: the coffee was not good. tried all the different coffee based beverages at the restaurant but the quality and taste were not great. The wifi is also an issue, since it only gives you a 24 hour pass that requires that you sign in again after that...

"My stay at One Nk Apartments was excellent. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for my visit. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."
