"Overall, the location is fantastic and the property is well-maintained. The room #139 was clean, but incredibly humid (even with the AC on) which triggered my allergies. The iron and ironing board were both broken (seriously?). In terms of customer service, the front desk staff were okay, but not very friendly (they are buried in their cell phones unless you are standing directly in front of them). The breakfast was well-stocked, and the woman who ran things was incredibly friendly and efficient. The gym was also very nice, but could use towels and a water jug for guest use."
