"Three of the four lamps in my room did not work. The bar tender who served dinner while I was sitting at the bar was very polite and pleasant but she has had no training abiut servjng a meal."

"The room was clean.The bathroom was not. It's obviously an older property that could use a bit of an update. But overall, the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a ton of noise in the morning. Before worn, the food options are incredibly limited. As far as the little store, there was no Starbucks as purported. There was a menu, but we did not order from it posted at the front desk. From what we could tell, the bar area was not stocked and definitely not in use. It would have been nice to have complimentary tea and coffee like Marriott and Hilton. Overall it was solid basic accommodations."

"The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites "

"This hotel offers an unbeatable location right on the pier, with two on-site restaurants and plenty of great dining options just steps away. The rates were also among the best in the area, which made the stay an even better value. There were a couple of minor inconveniences—namely, the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t always consistent, so earlier showers worked best. The elevator was also out of service for a few days, but the staff was present and helpful throughout, assisting guests as needed. Overall, the positives far outweighed the drawbacks, and I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

"The hotel was nice enough. The restaurant was the star. The crabcake we got for dinner was the best crabcake we’ve ever had. During our three night stay, not once did they clean our room or make our beds or give us fresh towels without us having to go and ask. When we did ask, it took hours for them to finally get to us. It was within walking distance to the convention center, which was the reason why we booked it. Overall, it was fine. "

"The room was marginal. The toilet would not flush except by removing the top to pull the chain. The thermostat didn’t work, I was not given a voucher for breakfast which I had paid for, and to get my deposit of $100 back, I had to call the issuing bank. The hotel charged my credit card for the deposit despite it being just a deposit, and my room was paid through Hotels.com which the hotel didn’t seem to consider. Given the room problems and cheating me out of breakfast AND my deposit, I’ll never stay in this hotel again."

"The best thing was the shuttle service. They took u to the airport, airport rental car and to nearby stores and restaurants if didn’t have transportation they also served continental breakfast Unfortunately, the pool is outside so it wasn’t open Additionally, I had bugs ( ants?) in my room. They had to come in the middle of my stay and spray and did not offer me anything for that inconvenience. They acted like it was normal Also I had to call the front desk 3 times to quie down the adjacent room that made noise thru to about 2am"
