There was a pair of dirty mens underwear in the bathroom behind the door, the a/c smells like dirty feet, the door doesn’t close completely, the tv remote doesn’t work, and the train tracks are about a hundred yards away.

The room was not as shown online. It was very dirty with stains on the furniture and the bedding was stain gross. Had to sleep on top of covers. If it wasn’t for other hotels being booked up around for the competition we was attending we would have left.

The rooms were nice, but they need deeper cleaning in bathroom, back side of door . Try walking through your rooms with black light. I do because I check for bed bugs. Staff (Linda) very nice and helpful.

Plenty of plugins for all devices; cold refrigerator; comfortable bed but the building was aged and run down, carpet dirty and worn out; dust on the lamps!

I’d like to commend the staff at Baymont. My niece left a denim jacket and did not realize it until we got home in SC. She called them up and the jacket was turned in by the cleaning staff. My niece had the jacket picked up by USPS. They put the jacket in the box and addressed it for pick up. 3 thumbs for their staff!
