"Beautiful clean hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful with free airport shuttles. Rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and large walk in shower. Several restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend this location if you will be traveling out of DTW airport. "

"The hotel has a sexy, historic and dramatic vibe!! The room had high ceilings and was so clean with a comfortable bed. The robes are such a nice touch as well!! Wasn’t able to get a drink at the Candy Bar—make a reservation!! Highly recommend!! "

"Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not included with stay, however was located nearby. Great for quick breakfast, but not full-service. Room amenities were great. Housekeeping was slightly lacking. Floors and sliding doors needed attention. Overall, this location was within walking distance to downtown activities. Our stay was very pleasant. "

"Stayed here with family to attend a Red Wings game. The walk was easy and convenient. Beds were comfy and hotel clean. We did end up getting breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. Our waiter was awesome, the food was subpar for the price. "

"I absolutely LOVED the staff here. They made our stay perfect. Upon check in, Amanda was super cute and very nice. The process was very easy. Then I also had help from Kristia at front desk. Super sweet and very helpful with anything I needed. I could not remember but 3 maintenance men were also very polite and got the tv working as it went down. Now, Honesty was a hugeeeee Help and so was Jeffrey. He was so courteous and took our trash with a smile. He was so nice. Honesty helped me with extras I needed like Towels, garbage bags, change the soap etc. We spoke for a bit and that girl can clean and takes pride in doing so. As a professional cleaner and business owner I could see it in her work. The staff here make the place so much Greater. Please say Room 311 Thanks them and they deserve such recognition because Customer service is Everything. Thanks so much Debby"
