"We came to Murray to tour the university and choose to stay at the Murray inn. I felt like I was staying at my grandmother's house (I mean this in a good way). It felt so homey! The room was clean, quiet, with a touch of vintage. We LOVED it and will choose to stay there again! "

"Check in staff (evening shift) had to finish their own conversation before helping me, they were complaining about other customers directly and loudly within countertop distance of me. Night shift was rude when I asked nicely if they had anymore cold water because fridge hadn’t been restocked. Day shift check out individual was extremely cheerful and helpful and kind "
